Overview

We partnered with our exclusive friends at MEWEDG London to conceptualize, develop, and implement a state-of-the-art Learning Management System (LMS). This system integrates an online school website with student and content management, as well as progress analytics. This collaboration has enriched MEWEDG London’s educational offerings, providing an enhanced experience for both their clients and students.

01. The Challenge

MEWEDG London,the proprietor of the MEWBook Learning Experience Portal, faced scalability challenges as its customer base expanded. The primary issues revolved around integrating business accounts that offer bespoke services to corporate clients for team training and development, alongside academic institutions that provide their students with academic programs, including progress analytics accessible to both administrators and students.

Additionally, the client required a sleek and responsive UI design to enhance the user experience for learners. This redesign also needed to accommodate expanded services, including document collections, in-portal payments, webinar support, and an integrated digital library.

02. The Solution

MEWTON D's innovative approach was key to making it all possible. We integrated all services into a unified menu, accessible from relevant pages, to eliminate clutter while ensuring that access is always available when needed. Additionally, we implemented seamless UI transitions and path tracking throughout the system to provide learners with a smooth experience as they navigate between components, and to help administrators efficiently manage multiple accounts.

03. The Result

We were successfully able to increase the learner statisfaction to a wooping 98% and reduce the admin work by at least 35% while adding many functionalities to the system.

The integration of in-portal payment led to a 20% increase in revenue from existing clients. Additionally, the implementation of daily trackable progress analytics contributed to a 100% student passing rate.
